If you choose to receive physical items, such as those available on the wedding options page, custom made items for you are not returnable (namely the Hand Made Scrap Books). Also, the Photo Books are custom ordered for you, and also not returnable. If requested, you will be able to proof a PDF version of your Photo Book before it is ordered. All sales are final.
As the Services agreement states:
Upon signing this Agreement, LP reserves the date and time agreed upon. In case of a postponement and/or cancellation by the Client the retainer paid is nonrefundable. The Client has the option of rescheduling its session to occur within thirty (30) calendar days with the original deposit being applied forthwith. The remaining balance on contract must be paid by certified funds at least 4 days prior to the scheduled event.
The retainer payment to schedule the date is nonrefundable.
Once the payment on the day of the services is made, it also is non-refundable.
If you ordered a Photo Book, and it has technical errors in the printing, and we don’t catch it before we send it to you, we will replace it free of cost to you.
Canceling a previously scheduled event will result in forfeiture of the retainer you have previously paid. Delivery / Shipping Policy
All items will either be hand delivered to you, or shipped Priority Mail. Any shipping fees are your responsibility and will be invoiced separately.
All Prices do not include 6.5% Massachusetts Sales Tax. It will be added.
PhotoBooks will be laid out by our staff after discussion with the client regarding layout design. Staff has final say in production of the book. If additional edits are requested, then the client will be charged for the additional time. Each book has 1 hour of time built into its price, and most photo books fall into this timeframe.
The minimum for a Wedding is $999.99. This is also the price of our base wedding package.
We accept Square for payments. All credit card payments must be made in person with proper state or federally issued ID. SmartCard or NFC (Apple Pay, Android Pay, etc...) required -- no mag stripes. We also take personal checks for events that are over 10 business days out.
One of the ways we keep our prices so low, is that we market photograph sales to your friends. We may distribute the URL of your gallery to your guests/friends/etc. If its an event, we may hand out cards to your guests, if its a closed photoshoot, we may post an URL on your social media "wall." This is so your guests/friends will go to the gallery and order photos. If you do not wish us to do this, there is an extra US$1,000 fee on top of any package price. You need to notify us before the event, and pay the $1,000 fee in advance.
